All the pupil worksheets and the teacher background notes are supplied by the Educational Resource Service for which an administrative fee of £30 or £40 (fee dependent on number of pupils) is levied to offset the costs of photocopying.

Schools are required to make available two teachers to assist with the management of the nine work stations and any additional staffing would be welcome.

Educational Resource Service and Museum Staff will visit the school to set up the activities the day prior to the visit and schools are asked to make available appropriate accommodation in the school.

A member of the Educational Resource Team will visit the school to fully brief the participating class teachers and discuss all the administrative requirements.

Due to administrative restrictions the Home Front learning experience can only be offered on Fridays and Mondays and it is advisable to book well in advance.
